Can I use my existing SMTP providers?

Yes! SendTrue Manager is designed to work with any SMTP provider, including popular services like SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES, and more. You can easily connect your existing providers through our intuitive interface.

How does the failover system work?

Our system continuously monitors the health and performance of your connected SMTP providers. If one provider experiences issues or downtime, we automatically route your emails through another available provider, ensuring your emails are always delivered.

Is there a limit to how many emails I can send?

Each plan comes with a specific monthly email quota. The Free plan includes 3000 emails/month, Standard plan includes Unlimited emails/month, Pro includes Unlimited emails/month and Enterprise includes Unlimited emails/month.

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes, we offer a 10-day free trial with access to all Pro plan features.
