You agree NOT to use our service for:
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or unsolicited commercial email
- Sending emails to recipients who have not opted-in to receive communications
- Phishing, fraud, or any deceptive practices
- Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful content
- Sending illegal content or content that violates any applicable laws
- Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity
- Circumventing email authentication or security measures
- Any activity that could damage our reputation or deliverability rates
4. User Responsibilities
As a user of our service, you are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensuring all emails sent comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Implementing proper opt-in procedures for email recipients
- Including accurate sender information and unsubscribe mechanisms
- Monitoring your email practices and delivery rates

5. Payment and Refund Policy
NO REFUNDS: All payments made for SendTrue services are final and non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to:
- Subscription fees
- Usage-based charges
- Setup fees
- Any other service-related payments
By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We recommend testing our service with our free tier before upgrading to paid plans.
6. Service Limitations and Availability
SendTrue reserves the right to impose reasonable limitations on service usage, including:
- Daily and monthly sending limits based on your plan
- Rate limiting to prevent abuse
- Temporary suspension during maintenance or security incidents
- Geographic restrictions where legally required
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
7. Account Termination
SendTrue reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or if we reasonably believe your account poses a risk to our service or other users. Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds.
8. Data Protection and Privacy
We take data protection seriously and handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through our service complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations.
9. Limitation of Liability
SendTrue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
